How long we take
- Founders and creators: 48h business.
- Press and investors: 72h.
- Support: 24h once the app opens.
Those are commitments about replying, not about agreeing. If the answer is no, you get the no inside the window rather than silence.
What not to send
Never send credentials of any kind: passwords, API keys, broker logins, card or bank details. We do not ask for them, we will not accept them, and a form is the wrong channel regardless. If a message looks like it contains one, the form refuses it and tells you.
Do not send anything you need acted on within the hour. This inbox is read in business hours by a small team, not by a rota.
When a form is the wrong tool
Some subjects should not sit in a queue. If your message involves a regulator, a subpoena or another legal proceeding, a formal complaint, a request about your personal data, a suspected breach, or money you believe has gone missing, say so in the first line. It is taken out of the ordinary flow immediately and given to a named person — and to outside counsel where that is the right answer.
We would rather freeze and route your message than improvise a reply we would have to withdraw.
What we cannot do
