Quant24 is software for US futures traders: AI agents design trading strategies, an engine in code
validates them, and the trader approves every deployment. Two language agents propose and interpret; a validation engine in
code produces every number; capital is released only as evidence accumulates. Quant24 Inc. is a

The user states a goal in plain language. The Strategist, a language agent, turns that sentence into
a measurable specification — objective, benchmark, tolerated risk, universe — and declares in
writing every assumption it had to make. It then decides which hypotheses are worth testing. It does
not compute the answer: a deterministic engine in code runs walk-forward analysis, a sealed holdout,
Monte Carlo reordering of trades and of regimes, stress tests and a Bayesian posterior, and every
number the user sees comes out of that engine. An auditor then reviews the process rather than the
outcome, checking for look-ahead, survivorship, unrealistic costs and a compromised holdout; a
mediocre result is delivered with its evidence, and a dishonest process is sent back.
What the user approves is a versioned, executable Strategy Package with an expiry date, an evidence
ledger, and a capital level proportional to the evidence behind it. A second agent, the Executor,
runs it under a risk manager written in code that holds a veto and a kill switch. Capital moves up
the ladder as real evidence accumulates, and down when it does not.

Quant24 does not custody funds and is never in the path of a user's money; it charges a
subscription.
Quant24 Inc. is a Delaware C-Corp with two founders. The product is pre-launch: no broker connection,
